The township is set to be developed in Shitalpur in the Baddi area of Solan district, right on the border between Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh. The cabinet of Himachal Pradesh has already approved about 3,400 bighas of land to be handed over to the housing department for the development of this township, which is expected to be acquired shortly.
